Talkspace- a therapist in your pocket!

Stress- a modern problem!

Today stress is considered the number one killer in the modern world! In the U.S. alone an estimated 43.8 million people are in therapy. That’s one in five… 20%! In 2006 the cost to Americans exceeded 57 BILLION dollars!

Mental health therapy can cost upwards of $75 for an hour. In addition, appointments have to be made and kept, with the resulting loss of wages. Therapy for stress should not create more stress!

The solution

Enter Talkspace. Talkspace puts a therapists on your smartphone! It’s a new service that allows you to text your therapists everyday. And at a cost of about $50 a week (about $80) it makes therapy affordable for most anyone!

How it works

You begin with an assessment to determine your needs. Then you choose the plan that best suits you. This is followed by a match-up to an appropriate therapist. And you are ready to begin your treatment!

With a minimum plan you can text your personal therapist once a day. Use it to discuss a personal problem, express your feelings, or just vent! Your therapists will read the text and get back to you with suggestions. All this at your convenience! No need for restricting appointments! And, if you need a more one-on-one, you can simply schedule a video chat. Totally affordable, convenient, and as personal and intense as you like!
